Michelle & Mark
They met in their teens, before life took them in different directions. After a chance encounter in a voting station years later they knew instantly they were meant to be together forever.
They share a passion for great ingredients and creative cuisine, but Mark’s the one who wears the chef’s hat. After decades in the food industry running restaurants, delis and even his own bakery Mark makes the sort of things people love to eat!
Michelle is the original live wire. A Jill-of-all-trades, full of ideas and the determination to make them happen! She is the CrAQ-pot in charge of operations, she also very kindly ‘assists’ Mark in the kitchen as chief tasting CrAQ-pot!
This young-at-heart couple have been thinking about CrAQ for years, and after launching a previous iteration in their native South Africa, the CrAQ-pots are excited to bring this unique, sweet treat to the local deli, farm shop (or bouji wine bar/ coffee shop/ neon yellow picnic blanket) near you soon!
